Bisque socket head, small blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, lushly painted lashes, widely brush-stroked brows, accented eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, blonde human hair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: B. 8 F. Comments: Bebe Francais, circa 1892, this new model was created by Jumeau after winning the rights to the trademark name in his lawsuit with Danel & Cie; the model was created at the same time as Jumeau was designing his 200 character series, and this face became the 225 model.
