4" shoulders. 11" overall length. Of loosely-woven gauzy fabric,with box pleats extending down the entire front and short sleevelets,the chemise is decorated with lace-over-ribbon at the neckline,sleeve edges,and hem,and has wide panels of lace and ribbon that extend vertically down the front. Red silk ribbons give accents. Circa 1890.
