Six German Half Dolls with Sculpted Hair and Bodices by Hertwig

4 1/2" (11 cm.) - 6 1/2". Each is bisque head and torso, having sculpted hair in various styles, sculpted bodice depicting shirt front or blouse, muslin lower body, bisque lower arms and legs, costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Hertwig, circa 1910, the family includes grey-haired grandma, grandpa with brown sculpted cap, blonde man with moustache, older girl with pink hairbows, and two younger children. Value Points: well-detailed characterization of family members.
