Carved wooden socket head, blue glass inset eyes, painted curly lashes, brushstroked and multi-feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, brunette human hair in braided coronet, all-wooden body with jointing at shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips and knees. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Rudolf Schneider, of Sonneberg, whose doll factory specialized in wooden dolls, registered the trademark "bebe tout en bois" for these particular wooden dolls that were aimed at the French market. Value Points: especially grand-size of the model in near-pristine condition, wearing wonderful vintage fortune-telling costume.
