Tiny German All-Bisque Googly with Painted Blue Boots

3" (8 cm.) One piece bisque head and torso,painted blonde hair in unusual broad strokes,painted facial features with very devilish expression,side-glancing googly eyes,high angled brows,closed mouth,pin-jointed bisque arms and legs,painted white socks and blue ankle boots. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4/0 Germany. Comments: circa 1915. Value Points: rare little character with delightful expression.
