Paper mache shoulder head of adult lady with slightly rounded elongated face,thick elongated throat,modeled bosom,sculpted ears,black sculpted hair with five rows of horizontal curls above each ear,centered by seven rows of curls at the crown,captured at their base by a tightly coiled braid,painted facial features,unusual shaded upper glancing eyes,closed mouth with accented lips,slender kid lady body with wooden arms and legs,painted orange shoes with definition of shoe-lacing. Condition: original finish well preserved with slight facial rubs,spiderweb lines on breast plate. Comments: Germany,circa 1845.
