Very Rare German Bisque Glass-Eyed Baby Stuart by Gebruder Heubach

14 1/2" (37 cm.) Bisque socket head with detachable bisque Dutch cap bonnet decorated with rosebuds and green leaves, blue glass sleep eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume including wooden shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4 Germany Heubach (sunburst mark) 7975. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1915. Value Points: very rare variation of the Baby Stuart model with glass eyes and detachable Dutch bonnet.
