Bisque socket head,rounded facial modeling with plump rosy cheeks,large round blue glass sleep and side- glancing googly eyes,dark eyeliner,painted curly upper lashes,side-angled feathered brows,tiny button-shaped nose,closed mouth with slightly upturned accented lips,original blonde mohair wig over plaster pate,composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body,nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: A made in Germany 5 JDK 221 Ges Gesch. Comments: Kestner,circa 1912,their googly model inspired by the glass-eyed Kewpie which the firm also produced at the same time. Value Points: rare petite size of the most endearing googly with choicest bisque,original wig,pate,original body and fabulous original body finish.
